HDC Modular Homes Project
Project Overview:
HDC Single Family Modular Home Project consisted of the construction of five (5) single family modular homes located in the Hill Neighborhood of New Haven. The objective of the program is to attract new stakeholders in the community who will have an incentive to promote a stable neighborhood. These properties were available to first time home buyers. Hill Development Corporation is expected to do more projects similar to this one.
All five (5) single family modular homes consist of three bedrooms, one car garage, two in a half baths, and many other features. Please see below:
